At ACJEYS, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right—whether it’s the style, fit, or quality—we’re here to help. You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
All tags, boxes, and protective materials (if any) must be intact
Items must be returned in a resellable condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-returnable items include:
Custom or personalized jewelry
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)
🔁 How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, please email our support team at acjeys@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
A brief explanation or reason for the return
Photos if the item is damaged or defective
We will review your request and respond with the next steps, including the return address and instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.
If your return is approved, we will inform you of the return shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from your refund once the returned item has been received and approved.
If we sent you the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Important:
Items returned without prior authorization or to the wrong address will not be accepted or refunded.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days (excluding shipping costs unless otherwise agreed).
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or design), please contact us at acjeys@gmail.com.
Once approved, we’ll email you the return shipping fee (if applicable) and any price difference.
After we receive your item and confirm it meets our return criteria, you will receive store credit via email to place a new order.
Return Denial
ACJEYS reserves the right to refuse returns if:
The returned item does not meet our return criteria
The product appears worn, altered, or damaged
The return is requested after the 30-day period
The return is sent without prior approval
