We ship worldwide. Delivery times and fees are based on your location and local customs regulations. Please note that international shipments may face delays due to customs clearance and could be subject to additional duties or taxes depending on your country and shipping carrier.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your package arrives with missing items or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Please provide the following:

Your order number

Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Photo of the packing slip (for missing item claims) 

A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Important: If the outer packaging is damaged during transit but the product itself is intact and fully functional, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.


Marked as "Delivered" But Not Received

If your tracking information shows the package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. To assist you, we will need proof of the claim or confirmation of loss issued by the carrier.

Claims for packages marked as delivered will not be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.


Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order (change of item, quantity, address, etc.), we can assist you within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or transit and cannot be changed.


Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in transit and cannot be canceled.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
